The INFLCR Local Exchange provides an easy and safe way to propose transactions to athletes.

  • Select the Propose Transaction button and a New Transaction pop-up will appear. In the Transaction InformationIn the Transaction Information section, enter in the details of the transaction, including NameTypePayment TypeValueDate and Details.
  • In the Details section, describe what you are proposing, and how it will be fulfilled.  Additionally, include any relevant links and additional products or services included.
  • Select the Pre-fill button in the top-right corner of the pop-up to pre-fill transaction information from a previous transaction. Simply, select the transaction you wish to copy from the drop-down and details will be pre-filled.  If you choose to utilize the pre-fill feature, you can always make adjustments to the information after the information is pre-filled.
  • Add any attachments for student-athletes to review. You can attach, images, PDFs, documents and/or videos.
  • You will also have the option to add any tasks to your proposal.  By creating a task, you can outline the specific task(s) that the athlete must complete in order to fulfill the terms of the transaction. Student-athletes can upload attachments to tasks, and mark tasks as complete. You will be notified when athletes complete tasks via email. Completing a task does not trigger payment, you will need to view the transaction to send payment once all tasks are completed.
  • After reviewing your information, select Propose Transaction.

Once proposed, the student-athlete will receive an email and push notification notifying them. After the student-athlete accepts the transaction in their mobile app, you will be notified by email. You may send payment only after the student-athlete has accepted the transaction and completed any tasks unless your proposal is otherwise flagged by the student-athlete’s school.
